Upperville Farmhouse.

This farmhouse in Upperville used an old propane fired boiler for heat and had only one window unit in the loft for air conditioning. The house was built in several sections and had no attic space except for the kitchen. We designed a 6-zone solution using a 5-port multi for the house and a single zone cassette system for the kitchen. The owner reports significantly lower heating bills and for the first time ever, comfort during the summer with independent zone temperature control. They love it!
